Meet Katherine

Katherine Daigle is a longtime Irvine resident, community advocate, and former Woodbridge Village Association Director who proudly served eight years representing nearly 30,000 residents.

With more than twenty-one years of executive leadership experience as an Executive Vice President of Contracts Administration and an MBA in business administration, Katherine brings real-world management experience and fiscal discipline to public service. She is running for Irvine City Council to protect open space, promote responsible development, and ensure transparency and accountability in local government. Katherine believes Irvine’s future should be guided by the values that built the community: faith, family, freedom, and responsible stewardship of our city. She is also a proud mother whose daughter attended Irvine schools and went on to become a physician and university educator. Katherine understands firsthand the importance of strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and preserving the quality of life that makes Irvine one of America’s most desirable communities. Katherine is committed to protecting Irvine’s open spaces, strengthening families, and ensuring residents — not special interests — shape the future of our city.
