Issues

These are the priorities guiding my campaign for Irvine City Council

Protect Irvine Open Space

Irvine’s open space is one of the defining treasures of our community. Residents value the natural areas, wildlife corridors, parks, and trails that make Irvine one of the most beautiful and livable cities in America.

I will work to protect our remaining open spaces, ensure responsible land stewardship, and require full transparency when development proposals threaten the character of our neighborhoods.

Residents deserve a voice when decisions about our environment and community landscapes are being mad

Responsible Development and Fiscal Accountability

Irvine must grow responsibly. Development decisions should reflect the needs of residents, infrastructure capacity, and the long-term vision for our city.

I will advocate for responsible planning, careful review of major projects, and full transparency regarding developer influence and campaign contributions.

Taxpayer dollars must be spent wisely, and residents deserve clear accountability for how public funds are used.

Protecting Families and Community Values

Families are the foundation of Irvine’s success. Our schools, neighborhoods, and public institutions should support families and provide safe, welcoming environments for children.

Parents deserve transparency regarding programs and materials funded with taxpayer dollars. Public institutions should serve the entire community and focus on education, literacy, and opportunity for all residents.

I will work to ensure Irvine remains a city where families can thrive and where community values guide our future.

“I believe Irvine’s future should be shaped by its residents — not by special interests — and I will work every day to protect the character and quality of life that make our city exceptional.”
